In 2011, with more than 17 years of experience as an independent insurance agent, Paul founded Payne Financial Solutions. The past seven years have been dedicated to growing a modernized insurance practice that takes a proven, education-focused approach to life insurance and financial solutions. The creation of Turn Key Producers group comes from the idea that agents deserve the resources, connections, and education to deliver top-of-the-line financial products with industry-leading client service. Paul has had the opportunity to create and foster relationships and has access to some of the best and most successful companies in the financial solutions industry. Paul and his team continue to grow Turn Key Producers Group by adding to our team not only strong insurance agents, but professionals with a desire to learn, grow, and adapt to the changing financial climate. As a former high school baseball coach and professional scout with Major League Baseball, the concept of coaching and teaching others has been foundational throughout Paul’s career. “I teach my clients how money works, I help guide them in making their own informed decisions,” he explains. “Building a client’s wealth is one thing, but I am often asked on how do we properly design a plan to protect that wealth, and if possible, transfer it to our loved ones?” His extensive training and education in product design and product comparison has afforded Paul the knowledge and experience needed to lead a team of successful agents while helping to grow them professionally.

Kimberly Wiseman is the Senior Vice President of Turn Key Producers Group and continues to build a group of elite agents to provide them with “turn key” solutions to best suit our clients. Turn Key Producers Group has the unique ability to provide professionals to have access to the top companies, contracts, and products the industry has to offer. It has been vital to Kim’s mission to staff a team of individuals that have years of experience in the industry so that they could provide a “concierge” experience when working with Turn Key. Kimberly has trained hundreds of agents across the United States and maintains a strong rapport with top advisors. She understands the importance of educating people on the many options available when it comes to planning for retirement, and by creating specific plans designed for each individual client, she makes the tough financial decisions easy. Kimberly will lead the way in demonstrating to Turn Key agents just how vital client relations are to successfully aiding a client. Kimberly’s dedication to her clients and passion for securing their financial futures is the driving force behind her decade-and-a-half of service to the insurance industry. For the past seven years, Kimberly has served as Vice President and Director of Operations at Payne Financial Solutions. Kimberly plays a vital role in the strategic direction of the company and its happenings. She is responsible for carrying out the strategic plan through overseeing operations, team development, case design, and product and agent training. Kimberly has been a resident of Northwest Indiana her entire life. She takes great pride in her community and donates her time and services to many non-profit organizations. She has been married to her husband for twelve years, and they have raised three talented and active children. They enjoy spending family time on their boat on Lake Michigan, in which they have made many great family memories.

Aaron Patten is the Vice President of Advisor Development and Co-Vice President of Business Development for Turn Key Producers Group. Aaron’s goal has been to build Turn Key Producers Group’s ability to provide a “turn key solution” for wealth managers, realtors, mortgage lenders, property and casualty agents, CPA’s, life insurance agents, and estate planning attorneys by providing access to top-tier life insurance companies and their products. “By providing this turn key solution to these people and companies, we allow them to strengthen their business strategy by adding their own life insurance division to their company, without the overhead,” Aaron explains. “They have us as their staff, if needed, to provide sales support.” Aaron’s philosophy on the insurance industry is the driving force behind his desire to grow the number of agents working with Turn Key Producers Group. “There is a financial education gap between the wealthy and the middle-class. My job is to help bridge that gap by educating both clients and agents about the uses and benefits of life insurance and financial planning.” As an agent for Payne Financial Solutions, Aaron’s use of new, trending financial products and knowledge of unconventional financial tools is what he enjoys speaking with clients about most. “I love getting people to sit down with me while I share my knowledge of unconventional financial tools and concepts,” Aaron says. Aaron has been a resident of Valparaiso since 1999. He previously lived in East Liverpool, Ohio, before his family was relocated to the area. He is an avid college football fan, and a passionate Ohio State Buckeye fan. He is a member of Calvary Church in Valparaiso and serves on their parking lot team on Sundays.

Steve Wilson has a passion for adding value to his clients’ lives. He believes there is a gap that exists between the middle class and the wealthy, due to the difference in education available to each group. He aims to bridge this gap by providing clients a sound education about what some would view as nontraditional financial planning options. “You don’t know what you don’t know,” he says. “My biggest problem with traditional finances is that they tell you what to think, not how to think!” Steve understands that education is the key, and by constantly pursuing people to share his financial beliefs with, he plans to make a difference one client at a time. Steve is one of many success stories of Turn Key Producers Group. Paul Payne and Kim Wiseman recruited him while he was working for a captive company. Stubborn at first, he learned quickly to listen and follow the path made by Paul and Kim, and it has made all the difference in his career. “Talking to Paul and Kim game me perspective that I didn’t have. Their people really won me over.” Turn Key impacted Steve in such a way that it moved him to become a part of the company to help Paul and Kim see their vision through. Steve is married to his wife Christine and they have four daughters - Rian, Maya, Harper, and Kennedy - and a dog, Julio. His family has been members of Calvary Church in Valparaiso, Indiana for 10 years. In their downtime, Steve and his wife love to Spin. He is a sports enthusiast, and an avid Atlanta Falcons fan.
